TREATMENT

Every patient is different and the treatment plan is always tailored to the individual.

Osteopathic treatment generally consists of soft tissue massage and stretching of the muscles, mobilisation of affected joints and gentle manipulation. Osteopaths aim to restore normal movement and posture which may mean treating areas that are distant from the area that hurts.

Treatments are mostly gentle and whilst there may be a little soreness the next day, this is quite normal and quickly gets better. It feels abit like having done too much execise the day before.
